Very confusing, was left a voicemail without info about the job or company - no email with information. The POC that was supposed to meet me at the building was out sick and no one planned to meet in her stead. Interviewing manager was not aware of the nature of the position applied for so it made for an awkward conversation.

The interviewer just pulled out a workbook with standard interview questions which he read aloud to me including the explanations for why those questions were being asked... very odd and seemed ill prepared.
