Answers earn points (no idea how points are determined), but the candidate with the most accumulative points is supposed to be the one hired.

It was fine I guess, I didn't get the job and the guy who they did hire quit after less than a month so I'm not sure how much I trust their hiring process.

Was emailed to come in for a interview and plant tour in a week. Had a panel interview with Plant Manager, HR Manager, Quality Manager, and Superintendent. They went took turn asking the standard interview questions. After that there was a plant tour. Was called the next day to have a phone interview with the Production Manager
