Straight forward and very professional. The interview lasted about 45 minutes and was decently detailed. The interviewer asked plenty of questions about my work ethic and past work experience. They also asked some questions about myself personally. They interview ended with an offer for the position and I accepted.

Need to be certified , they start you out at minimum wage but once certified and move into management then pay well. The higher education the more money you will make and move up faster. Standard interview, pre employment testing.
