I applied online, and then the next day they called and sat up and interview and did a little over the phone interview. Then when I got to the interview at the store they didn't know i was 15 at the time so I got denied the job, but the Hire rep at the store ended up calling me two months later and wanting me back.

The interview process includes application review, initial screening, one or more interviews (phone, video, or in-person), skill assessments, reference checks, and finally, a job offer or rejection notification. It was great.

The job interview was really simple and straightforward. The employer asked me a couple of personal questions and my past experiences. It was during my high school years and I didn’t have much experience.
