First I got a phone call from one of the HR then after a couple of days I did another interview with on of Engineering Dept and the CEO.

Entretien
It was a very friendly interview with two expert people who are from different countries. Everything was without any stress and completely professional. I think anyone who is an expert can pass this step properly.
