I was drawn to Kuali by is mission and values. Kuali uses a third-party portal to pose several screening questions. Six days after the position was posted, I spent about two hours completing these. Unfortunately, the portal would not accept my submission because the job was taken down while I was filling in my answers. These things happen of course. I called the company's main phone number to see whether I could submit anyway. I went straight to voice mail, so I left a message. That was a couple of weeks ago, and nobody has returned my call. I wrote to the CEO and the recruiter. Neither has replied. This was just an awful experience all around. What really sucks is that the screening questions were excellent questions, and I had fun answering them - and the process made me feel like I was a great fit! Oh well.
