4 stages in total. 1. Pre-recorded interview. 2. Short phone call determining your competency. 3. 5 day assessment centre to test your ability to critically think and demonstrate some industry knowledge. 4. Final interview focused on applying critical thinking to commercial questions.

The interview process occurred through a set of pre-set questions online. You had unlimited time and up to 3 takes. The process was easy and communication was good. The questions were a mixture of personal and technical questions.
CV submission followed by one-way video interview (Spare Hire). The video interview consisted of four questions: one was a general "tell us about your background and interests" because we are interested in people from different backgrounds, another was about describing a time in which you demonstrated a certain skill, and two were specific to the job.
