I was contacted one week after I applied and a time was set to come in for an interview. When I arrived for my interview I was told that before an interview I was required to do computer testing (this wasn’t mentioned in our initial conversation). After I completed the computer testing the interviewer said that "either you have it or you don't" and that they were so busy and if I didn't hear back that meant that I didn't pass and wasn't successful – there was no interview. After hearing that and the tone and attitude I was surprised and had a feeling that I wasted my time. Sure enough, there was no call back, and I have the required skills and qualifications otherwise I wouldn’t have applied. Also, their job ad states that they would train. Since that time, I've seen several postings for all the positions and all at once.
