Interview process was smooth. First there was a written test. All quantitative and verbal ability questions were asked in the test. The next process was a Group discussion. There were topics regarding current affairs and of some historical significance. There after, there was an interview by the panel of one. I was asked some technical and some behavioral questions. I was asked why I wanted to join L&T and how I can contribute for the growth of the company?

Online test with 75% aptitude questions and 25% technical questions.apparantly there was no sectional cut offs Technical interview-a mid aged man conducted the interview for me.started off casually asking for my introduction& favourite subject.i gave a brief introduction and mentioned power plant as my favourite subject.after some basic questions, questions on rankine cycle was asked.further,some questions on impulse and reaction turbines were asked .I was asked to draw the graph of variation of p&v across the blades in impulse and reaction turbines.i could attempt all the questions but I was only 60% accurate with my answers. HR interview- It was just a formality.after my introduction questions on different work challenges were asked.the interviewer tried to stress me up by pretending unsatisfactory on my answers..yet things just went fine
