I interviewed prior to the merger so some things may have changed, but I was brought to Greenville for a 'Co-Op Blitz'. We were given several presentations about the company, the various roles, a tour, lunch, and then we were interviewed by 3 different people who I later learned where from either different positions (design, systems, stress) or different divisions (various programs). I received an offer less than two weeks later. Very laid back and fun!
