Entretien
The interview was very laid back and comfortable. The questions were not super difficult, and all related to customer service and positive guest experiences. As long as you show up in appropriate attire and show respect, you will be fine.

Entretien
I waited with about 7 other people to be interviewed and we waited in HR. The questions were pre-picked and read aloud to us. Everyone was given the same set of questions. Multiple tables were set up in a single room so it was somewhat distracting listening to others answer the same questions as I was trying to answer.
