The interview process is barely that at all. You get asked about your experience, availability, and source of transportation. The interviewer will stress how important it is to be punctual and the proper way to communicate if you have to cancel a job. If all of that sounds good you pretty much have the job and get a stack of paperwork to fill out. After filling out the necessary paperwork (tax forms, direct deposit slip, etc.) you may get asked to do an assignment that week if it is available.
