Very slow process, from september to december, sometimes every 15 days, sometimes once a month..no rules. Process was only by email, phone and video. Interviews in English with a Germany-based Talent Acquisition manager and later with a Polish sales manager. Both of her were very kind . Anyway i found it quite surprising that the whole procedure takes place in English to follow exclusively French-speaking clients. LGC does have an office in France (80 km from my home..) but i never had any contact with them. Their organization looks rather complicated!
