Very easy and laid back. They ask questions about your goals and current situation. Afterwards, they will do weekly training calls to memorize a script. During the interview, they talk very highly about the company and throw numbers around about expected commissions.

Easy but the management is all over the place with questions and don’t really listen to your answers . I would recommend not interviewing with this company this company is trash
