Referred by a friend and employee. Contacted by recruiter. She barely asked me any questions. Interviewed with Area Sales Manager at 3:30 pm. He seemed disinterested in speaking with me. I thought maybe he had already selected a candidate and was just going through the motions of interviewing me since I was an employee referral. Was sent an email from recruiter letting me know they had a more suitable candidate.
