Solid process with multiple stages and even some practical tests. Initial phone screen by HR, followed by phone interview by somebody in the same functional area. Then i was invited for a series of face-to-face interviews that spanned people with various roles and various levels of seniority. as a final step i have to make a presentation on a topic of my choice (but related to the job) in front of all interviewers, followed by a Q&A sessions. All in all a good experience and a great way to get to now the company culture and its people
