Started off with a phone screen, then went to a phone interview with current program members, and then ended with a video interview with the manager. This should have been the end, but then I had to have another interview with another manager. Although it said the interview was for the Rotational Program on the Skype Meeting, apparently I was interviewed for a general engineering position. They scheduled another interview with me “for the Rotational Program” AFTER they had already chosen the program’s members for that year. Not sure what the actual process is supposed to be.
