After the initial phone screening a different coordinator contacted me to book the first set of interviews. There were two interviews back to back for this position with other Research managers. Both interviewers asked similar questions and I thought the interview went great. I was even told what the next steps in the process were going to be and who I would be interviewing next. The next day I reached out to thank the coordinator and promptly got an automated no-reply email saying they are moving forward with another candidate. It was super impersonal.
