Writing test followed by phone screen and super day in person with 4-6 interviews. Not that bad honestly, just needed to be sure of myself and my experiences. Can get by without much practice or prep work

Three phone interviews before going into the office for short 30-minute interviews with several team members. I was interviewed by a Recruiter, the General Manager of the team, the Director, Associate Director, Senior Manager, and Research Manager.

What would you do if your original hypothesis for the survey data was wrong and their were no obvious patterns the data?
Very clear, detailed, and smooth interview process. It was quite enjoyable based on how the interviews went, they were more like conversations. The recruiters stayed in touch continously and the hiring managers seemed very interested throughout the process. The team members seemed cool too.
