I had a referral from a former classmate. The HR called me and asked me if I could visit the company right away. When I reached, the hiring manager immediately started talking to me and started the "interview" (I wasn't/hadn't prepared at all). That was followed by interviews from other senior team members and experts. The process went on for 4-5 hours.
