I received a take-home test in my email about a scenario with a brand running a campaign and a creator for the campaign. You had to answer questions they provided about how you would deal with the scenario.

What other information would you want to have in order to make the best decision possible?
The interview process consisted of three rounds, a project and providing a list of references. Process lasted about 6 months. They said they typically hire around 12 at a time.
