showed up on time for the interview over Teams and waited for 15 minutes—no one joined. I had even received a call from HR just 5 minutes before the scheduled time, asking if I was joining, so I assumed everything was going as planned.
But no one showed up. I kept waiting, thinking maybe there was a delay. Finally, after 15 minutes, HR joined the call just to tell me the panel wouldn’t be able to make it.
That was it. No proper explanation, no apology that felt genuine, and no follow-up since then. I never got an alternative time or any communication after that.
Honestly, it felt like a waste of time. I had prepared, set aside my schedule, and showed up professionally—and was just left hanging.
