I applied directly through the LUMS website. I received an email and a call for my first interview with the Deputy Manager of my Department. There were 4 other candidates invited for the same position. My interview lasted 20-25 minutes. The next day I got a call to visit LUMS again on the following Monday for my second interview which was with the Admissions Director. The interview was merely 10minutes long. 4 days later I got a call to reach for my 3rd Interview within a couple fo hours with Dean of OSA. Most of the interview questions were generic. I sent a follow up email 7 days after my final interview and 5 days later I was sent a standard rejection email. I replied to that email as professionally as possible to ask for any feedback and criticism and I have yet to receive a reply on it.
