Entretien
- Very smooth and easy, feedback was given on the same day
- Process was quick because I had whole interview process done within a week
- Questions were not too generic, asked about commissions, culture and management styles expectations

It was a relatively long process, but enjoyable and personalised throughout. I got the chance to meet lots of members of the team, all of whom took the time to get to know me, answer my questions, and give me insight into their roles and the forward momentum of the company.
The first couple of meetings I had were more conversational, I then had a presentation, and then another couple of conversations with the senior leaders.

They asked (as you'd expect) about my experience, described the types of processes I'd run, my strengths/areas for development, how I would adapt to certain (new) situations, they tested my resilience and how I would react/bounce back in certain instances.
Very thorough process with multiple stages, both virtual and in person in the central London office. Includes a role play which was pretty fun, everyone I met was really nice, offices look nice too
