There was a panel that interviewed me. I was very nervous. Luckily, I was well prepared for the interview. The position required only an associate's degree in the field; I had a bahcelor's degree. The panelists kept targeting as to why I am applying for an entry level position given that I am overqualified for the position. They were looking for someone who was fresh out of an associate's degree. The process was very professional overall.
