Entretien
The interview was smooth and simple. Answered questions about myself and my work ethic, and reviewed my resume with the store manager. She was very nice, and explained what was required from me for the position as well as the advantages that working at La-Z-Boy would bring.

They called me to come in for an interview within the next two hours and offered me a position right after the interview. The whole process took 3 hours.

Entretien
When I got there I filled a questionary all about my professional and education life. Three employees were sitting with me to interview me - store manager, interior designer and sales assistant I guess. Everyone very pleasant and friendly with me.
