First I had a phone interview with someone from the HR department. After that about a week later I had an interview with three people that worked at the company.

LaForce seems like a SOLID company to work for. I've heard first hand from current employees about the culture there that appears to be natural and comfortable but also very focused and detail oriented. Both times i've interviewed with the direct leader even though they may be in a different location and I have also met with the site leader. Interactions were good and they are thorough in making sure that the candidates would work well with other team members.
