Interview process began with having to pass a pretty stringent analytical test via computer. Background check and test had to be conducted prior to interview. Interview was approximately an hour long with a panel of six people and I thought I did pretty well. However, several weeks passed and nobody had gotten back to me which was odd because they said they needed to fill the position months ago. I had to follow up with the recruiter just to obtain my status, which was not hired. At first I thought I really wanted the job. In hindsight I think I dodged a mistake. Leadership consists of plain old joes and janets and were not overly impressive. If you check out their credentials it is clear they aren’t as well accomplished as you’d expect someone in their positions to be. I think the thing that was most unprofessional was their lack of follow up and the length of time to follow up.
