Phone screened by recruiter first, then in person interview with manager at night. Very fast process. Straight forward interview, included tour of lab. The phone screen was basic interview questions with instant feedback. Afterwards, because I meet qualifications, she scheduled the 1:1 interview with the supervisor I'd be reporting to. Best to schedule a couple days after instead of same day because everything is corresponded by email. Heard back from recruiter within 24 hours after in person interview. Great experience.
