The first part of the interview process is a phone screening with a recruiter. After the phone screening I was informed that if they are interested I should hear back for a formal interview (face to face) in 6-10 days. Two and half weeks later I received a face to face interview. My interviewer was very thorough and stringnent. My interview also lasted 2 hours. The STAR method was simple and straightforward. I have not herd back yet but will update my review once I do.
