telephone interview - this was just some basic competency questions. They will ask about your CV, I did feel like the interviewer was checking to see if I was telling the truth about a gap in my CV.

Group interview of 6 people. It was a mixture of team building tasks, as well as 4 different individual interviews. We also had to take part in a test of about 30 questions, kind of like a situational judgment test

A screening interview with an HR rep
Then group interview with people from the team a month later, given two tasks to complete, if successful then invited to another interview a week later.

Overall challenging but great process. Online application/CV then short phone screening interview asking general questions about CV, availability, opinions on animal testing. Then a virtual session with around 20 candidates and managers, given more info on what the job involved to see if we were still interested, also had to complete some short tests on attention to detail, logic & reasoning etc. If successful got given a (video) interview, 2 short sessions each with 2 managers, asked general and situational interview questions, nothing too hard or to catch you out, interviewers were all very nice and made me feel more at ease. Last stage was a presentation session (virtual again due to covid), we each had to prepare a short presentation for the remaining candidates and same panel of managers.
