Firstly you are asked questions by the shift supervisor and another member of staff for approximately 30-45 minutes. After the first part of the interview was done, I was given a tour of the lab and my day to day duties were explained by the shift supervisor. You are given the chance to ask questions at the end of both parts
Phone call inquiry that led to a in person or online interview. Interview asked several questions that were normal for general interviews. Interview lasted about thirty minutes and then a offer was followed up a few days later.

I talked with the recruiter on the phone. I met the supervisor in person. They asked about my experience and some personal interest questions. I was sent onboarding paperwork the day after the meeting.
