Interview was quick and to the point (20 minutes). There was one round which was purely technical. I was asked questions which were relevant to the job description. There was not a single irrelevant or unnecessary personal question. Technical questions were intermediate in difficulty and related purely to my previous work so quite easy to answer - however would have been difficult if I had fibbed or exaggerated on my previous work roles and responsibilities. So be honest in this matter. There was another HR interview by phone to confirm my acceptance of the offer (which was much above the asking price) and this was handled excellently also - the HR rep Thirtha Shetty clearly and patiently explained all aspects of my pay components and benefits - I was really impressed. Overall the best job interview I have attended (I have attended 3 in my lifetime so far).
