J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez Labcorp (Bedford, MA) en juin 2023
Entretien
I applied for this position in the beginning of May. Did not hear from a recruiter until Memorial Day Weekend. No problem! Interview scheduled for June 1st at Bedford, Massachusetts location. The interview went well and I left feeling confident in myself. It is August 5th and I have heard NOTHING from the Labcorp recruiter even though she said I was "still being considered for the position." I have no way of contacting my interviewer as his email was never given to me. To get "ghosted" by such a company is wildly unprofessional -- yet I'm almost glad it happened so I didn't have to experience this questionable work environment. I drove almost 3 hours round trip for this interview and did not even get a response. Wasting a prospective employee's time in this economy is nothing more than offensive and childish.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
They asked me plenty of questions about my former work experience (which was also in their desired experience for the position).
Online application, then a phone screening discussing experience, what you know about labcorp, what do you feel about animal testing etc., after that an onsite interview with 3 managers and then got shown around the labs.

Question 1
What assays (genetic toxicology) do you know about?
Very nice and quick. Questions were not difficult to answer. They answered all my questions and gave great insight about company. The day to day was not enough for me. The manager was super cool.

Entretien
There was a phone screening and then an interview over zoom a few days later. Both were pretty standard with no crazy questions. The HR person was very nice and communicative which was also good; I've had bad experiences in the past in that regard.
