I applied on line after recommendation from an online recruiter. About 4 days later i received an email asking me to fill out basic personality questions. About 3 days later i got an email about a phone interview. pretty basic question about ow i would react to different situations and my leadership abilities. They said they'd email me back about coming in for an in person interview. Couple days later a generic you denial email came through.
