First interview screen with a recruiter. The process mainly discussed alignment with the role, role summary, background questions etc.
The second interview was with an AI manager. Manager gave a breakdown of his role and what they are building at LabelBox

. Then a discussion on my background, which involved past experience questions, particularly dealing with deployment of scalable solutions. In particular, manager was probably seeking someone with strong alignment with the role, such as several projects with RLHF and issues faced in deployment and post-deployment.
I just finished my first round which was with Zara it’s AI recruiter . Process was smooth and I did well after screening round there was a coding round where it tested me on their built app .
