When I applied, I was in another state and unable to come in for a face to face interview. The application process is entirely online and they emailed me to setup a phone interview. The interview went very well and the next day I received a call with the offer for the position.

Question 1
In my particular case the questions were normal for the position. I had already worked in government and as a web developer so it was not a tough interview to have. For people without prior government experience, it would be difficult to answer how you would handle working with elected officials.
