For a supposedly disability confident employer (whatever that means) the interview process was incredibly disability unfriendly. No information was provided beforehand on what to expect even when asked, and feedback from interview process indicated that they know very little about how ADHD/autism presents itself and how these impact people's interview outcomes. When this was raised in feedback afterwards the main interviewer stated that they thought that would make someone unfit for the job anyway. Hugely inappropriate comment to make. Feel like I dodged a huge bullet with that one
