My interview at Landmark was a positive experience overall. The team was friendly and welcoming, which helped create a relaxed atmosphere from the start. The interview with the line manager was very thorough, with a strong focus on understanding not just what I had done, but how and why I approached different situations. Despite the depth of the questions, the conversation felt informal and engaging. I also appreciated receiving feedback at the end, which made the process feel transparent and constructive.
