The interview process overall was easy going. We had a discussion on my background, education etc. At the end I asked some questions regarding the position. Took about 30 mins.
It was an online interview asking about the process behind my design works and projects. they like to see variety and different styles. they want to see range but also a direction in your work but it depends on the position you are applying for
After sending in my application I got an offer for an interview. The interview was with two Designers to get a feel if I would fit into the team and I was asked about my experience and skills. After the interview I got feedback, that it went well and they wanted to get to know my design process even more so I was asked to work on a design task. The design task was more work than I expected, but I enjoyed it. After handing in the task I got feedback and an offer.
