Question 1
A street name was mentioned in one of the sentence that I was required to interpret. It is a less common street name and hard to pronounce. The staffs are all very friendly, so you can always ask he/she to repeat the question.

then complete and pass the language tests of english and target language
then a few email back and forth
completing few forms and documents
then start training

CV screening > phone screening > interpreting assessment > training period > pass
Interpreting assessment was the hardest part of he process for me. Make sure you are well-prepared and keep calm.
