Consisted of a 1 on 1 informal meeting with Branch Operations Manager as we knew each other from him shopping at my previous job where he asked if I was interested & once I said yes he briefly described what Lansing Building Products did, how they were doing & what they were offering. Then had 2 interviews with the Branch Manager (who had owned a similar business which showed in some of the questions asked) & Branch Operations Manager. Very straightforward & made sure the interview questions went both ways. Overall they made me feel comfortable though out which helped settle the nerves that come with some interviews.
