First phase of online recruitment is a online test it conduct general knowledge, personal intelligence, logical reasoning, quantitative aptitude, verbal intelligence after that we have a telephonic hr interview it consist of a self introduction followed by real world scenario given and our attitude towards the problem should be explained and personality, leadership qualities, problem solving skill all of them will be understand by given different situation and how we will be react to that situation. It is a good experience for me.

Deals with some of the technical questions. Questions will depend on the position you are applying. For me questions were mainly focused on React.js.
- HR Interview
Deals with some brilliant questions. The questions were mainly focussed to figure out the following

- Decision Making
- Managerial Skill etc.

- Technical Interview
1) Questions based on React.js like Stateful and Stateless components, React hooks, Redux, UI Frameworks etc.
-HR Interview Questions
1) Tell something about the positive and negative qualities that your friends will tell about you.
2) How will you motivate one of your team member, who underperformed in a presentation?
3) How will you deal with a situation where your team has done something unethical. But once you tell the management about it there may be chance that you and your team get fired.
4) What are the qualities that a manager should have?
5) Tell about one person who inspired you well in you life.

Entretien
It was a god interview. Questions were clear and direct. Questions were to test the problem solving skills of candidates. Overall it was a good experience for me as a fresher.
