The interview was a three-part interview 2 via Skype my third one was shadowing at the location complete waste of time I don't believe they will higher African Americans the whole facility had nothing but white people...which is fine but I knew than this was waste of time.. spent an hour shadowing which was a nice experience but an hour and not get the job.. I was told during the interview the doctor is really political and would I be able to stand his strong views I told the lady yes I have thick skin..but I believe that's why I didn't get it.. They assumed because I'm blk I identify with a certain party...

Entretien
The interview process was AMAZING ! The staff was a pleasure to be around! I had questions, after a bit if research before hand, that were answered through an overview of the company. Everyone was friendly and more than willing to clarify any questions I had. High energy in a fast pace environment made me feel at home with the staff.
