So unprofessional, so disorganized and although jovial, just so messy. This place seems like someone created a dummy agency to get their kid brother or sister experience and a position title.

Made it past 2 interview rounds and was then asked to complete an assignment. Of course said assignment forced you to choose from the company's existing clients; I completed it and after turning it in I was completely ghosted by the hiring manager and recruiter.
After the first email I sent, I was told they needed an additional week to look through everyone's assignment, okay no big deal. I preceded to follow up again and received 0 word back. Thanks for forcing applicants to do your jobs for you and most likely steal their work!

The first step was an informational interview with the recruiter. Follow up interview was with possible managers, very kind and personable people; made it easy to share. Last interview was a case study presentation on a favorite advertising campaign.
