I had a positive experience during the first-round interview with Nick, the HR lead. He was friendly, genuinely interested in my experiences and interests, and even provided support materials for upcoming interviews. Regardless of the outcome, I found the interview pleasant and beneficial for my future as a developer. Nick made the interview process enjoyable and insightful.

Entretien
The whole interview process took 2 weeks. This was for a remote role based in the Portsmouth Office. The process was seamless and very straughtforward. A special shout out to Nick, who is the head of IT recruitment. He provided personalised attention to tailor the needs.

The first round involved a formal discussion with Nick regarding the job profile and to do an initial fit check.
The second round involved a coding round followed by basic software engineering and DevOps questions.
The final and the third round was with the VP of Engineering to understand the candidate background, working ethics and long term goals.
