Entretien
It was a pretty straight forward interview process. Initial screening with HR. Interview with senior leadership, interview with the team, then a final interview with the CEO/Founder. Straight forward and honest.

Focused on improving team productivity, leadership, accountability, and people management. Discussed challenges facing the team and how I would approach those (migration to cloud, backlog of maintenance, etc.)
