In the Past Work Assessment stage, we focus on understanding candidates' experience with managing funnels and analyzing numbers. Typical questions include:
Can you share an example of how you managed a sales funnel or project funnel? What were the key metrics you tracked?
How did you use data and numbers to drive decisions or improve performance in your past roles?
Describe a time you optimized a funnel. What were the results, and how did you measure success?
What tools or methods have you used to track performance, conversions, or other critical KPIs?"
