Overall decent process, but be sure to be careful with the online ide they make you use for any take-home assessments and that things save properly. Opening via link can log you out and only save changes to current instance of the tab.

2. First round - Coding challenge on algorithm. I could choose the language I wanted. Duration: 1 hour.
3. Second round (3 weeks later) - Coding interview on building a small API. Duration: 1 hour
4. Culture Round (1 week later) - Chat with Manager. Duration: 1 hour
5. Email communicating not moving forward

Roughly a three week process. The first interview was a technical interview, a second a mix of technical and general experiences and questions, and the third being primarily focused on experiences and attitudes.
All in all reasonable difficulty for the technical questions. Though all coding was done on a google docs sheet, which I found silly.
