HR and Engineering Manager were present at the interview, asked general questions about the CV, the education and the professional experience

Applied through email to the HR dept, info provided at university campus. It took 2 days for the HR dept to email me back with an interview date. Went for the interview, very nice staff. Engineering manager was present at the interview.
Held in a friendly environment.
